MAJ provided us with the very best of service. Their concierge service was just what we needed. They treated the sales of our family home with sensitivity, handled all the details, and made it as easy on us as humanly possible. Their knowledge and appreciation of the house's architecture was amazing, remodeling work was perfect. I absolutely recommend MAJ as a team of realtors that go above and beyond, and deliver on their promises.

We had the pleasure of working with Jess to find our family's new home in Oakland. Throughout the process, she was expert in taking our needs and budget into consideration and guiding us (first-timers) through the process. She was not only a professional and successful agent on our behalf, she was extremely supportive in what can be a very emotional endeavor. Jessica Waggoner at MAJ realtors was an amazing agent to work with while house hunting. She helped us find a home that works for our unique needs (and budget). She is level-headed, thorough, and well-informed with so much insight! We appreciated her professionalism and guidance along the way. Everything she mentioned/suggested was spot on (for instance, even after buying the house, she continued to help us out – she made fantastic recommendations for roofers, movers, pest control, etc…). As first-time home buyers, it felt good to work with someone so knowledgeable. We did not consult with any other agents at MAJ, so we cannot speak to their abilities/personalities, but we are extremely happy with Jessica Waggoner!
