Sold me an $8,000 machine to help the lipedema in my legs by convincing me and my insurance company that it was actually lymphedema. Guess what, machine doesn't work and just sits under my bed collecting dust because that's not what I have. Had several 'sessions' with their therapist and all he could do is tell me how smart he was about chemistry instead of actually helping me.
Ended up finding a massage therapist that specializes in lipedema, knows the pain that people like me go through and in one session, did more for me than Majerus ever did. Giving two stars instead of one because Majerus used to be a good place to go before they moved. Also, you'd think after conning someone into buying such an expensive piece of equipment there would at least be a follow-up call? Nope. Not one call to see how I'm doing.
Also, their billing service is horrible. At least have an online option so that people don't have to bring their bills to work so they can pay before billing closes at 4pm.
