My wife and I sold our home via closed sale with Kimmy, and we would definitely recommend her. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, got back to us in a very timely manner, and gave us nice reminders when we hadn't quite been as timely when we needed to be. Since we were debating between closed sale and open sale, she was not pushy for either way, but helped us out with the pros and cons of both approaches.
