She filed for my work permit renewal and lost the receipt that came in her mail. Now it could take me months before I receive the renewal receipt which is costing me my work. I cannot get my driving license renewed because of her negligence in handling my documents. This is the worst decision I made. I’d recommend going for an attorney that knows what she’s doing and is professional and organized. If I could give zero star I will. Also she charged me government fee although my renewal was free and when I mentioned that she denied of it being free even though the USCIS told me that they don’t charge renewal fee because of my case category.
