Great gym with great coaches, I really enjoyed the vibe and the sense of community in the gym. I have got some great tips improving my workouts. The owner is chilled, an amazing athlete and an exceptional coach with a personality and mindset to help you grow.
I love the place and strongly recommend it.

I am so thankful for the Mallard CrossFit community! The coaches truly care about helping you have a strong healthy mind and body and are highly trained to meet your individual fitness level and abilities. Training at Mallard is always a positive supportive experience, it’s challenging but never intimidating because I am not compared to anyone else who I am working out with. Everyone’s unique fitness strengths, abilities and challenges are celebrated and cheered on! But most of all it’s fun, I leave every workout feeling stronger, more confident and proud of what I accomplished!

This gym is the most accommodating for beginners that I’ve been able to attend. The coaches are hands on and supportive, but also constantly challenge me to excel. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into the CrossFit scene.
