My favorite Pho spot, I either get Pho or today I got the house special wonton soup with egg noodles, seasoned pork slices, shrimp and vegetables.
Nice tasty broth and meats. I usually just put all the vegetables they serve with it on the dish and mix it up. The sprouts, leaves and chili. I highly recommend asking for the chili oil.
Try eating it without the chili oil first and without adding the lime juice squeezed on it and enjoy that flavor.
Then later if you want to change it and make it yummier, get a spoonful of soup and squeeze a drop of lime on it and taste it and if you like how it tastes then squeeze all the lime on your soup and mix it up.
Do the same with the chili oil to see if you like how it tastes. I put about 3 teaspoons of chili oil on my soup, I like it spicy.
The lime changes the soup and makes it more delicious in my opinion.
The roll was also nice and crunchy.
Overall I am satiated and satisfied, every time I come here the flavors are always spot on and consistent.
The servers are also nice and bring out your food quickly.
Give it a try :)
