In life, much like smoothies, you get what you put in. Mamma’s Juicery is a small fruit smoothie, açaí and juicery bar on Myrtle ave in OldTown Monrovia. They have a wide variety of acai bowls, smoothies and juicery fruits/vegetables. Indoor atmosphere was berry welcoming and organized. Upon entry you almost immediately smell fresh oranges and other fruits. I was warmly greeted by a staff. I ordered their Daily Detox Smoothie. It’s a concoction of kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon, banana, ginger and coconut water. And I loved it. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my order experience and fresh green smoothie. Therefore, I highly recommend this juicery bar.

Great smoothies. Would have enjoyed them more if all employees wore their face masks correctly. Of the 6 employees, 2 had them hanging below their nose; one of them had it below the chin.... Come on! I had to remind the employees about the correct way of wearing their mask....
By the way, the lady in the photo, I saw walking in to the store with her mask on just the way you see it in the photo. I observed as she went from the outside of the store to behind the counter and quickly began to help customers... Not once did she stop to wash her hands... this all happened as I sat outside, after I reminded the employees that they should wear their masks correctly.
Will you get sick from coming here? maybe, maybe not. I'd just like to see more people reporting this type of behavior to remind businesses about the importance of wearing masks and proper hygiene.

I had an acai bowl and it was delicious! I loved the colorful atmoshphere and friendly staff. They have free pressed juices for kids under age 10.
