Made some questionable gear choices on a piece of a thru-hike. Was able to correct my mistake at mms with some lightweight equipment I didn’t even know was a thing. Also had all the basics, like gas, tent stakes, roll top bags, clothing, poles, shoes, bear cans, etc. It’s between a Vons & Grocery Outlet, which made food resupply convenient. There is also a “business center” around corner for mailing gear back to yourself. Fantastic stop, felt like god was smiling down on my trip.

They are experienced and attentive but I did not like at all that they stick together my brand new skins when they trimmed them. They come with a special separator to do not ruin the glue from the beginning. It made me feel really frustrated since touring gear it’s supposed to last for long and I kinda feel they didn’t respect that… even if I know skins can be stick on together I wanted to conserve my glue in good shape as much as I could…
