Best pediatrician I have ever met! She sees my newborn and my 9 year old. Takes the time to explain things to my 9 year old. Saved my newborn from getting her "tongue tie" clipped. Lactation said she had a tongue tie and she didnt!! If you get the opportunity to see this doctor, do it!! We are so lucky to have found her.

Falsely documented that we requested fluoride and that it was applied at the time of visit therefore we got charged for it. Reached out a good five times for the office to adjust and resubmit the bill. It has been two months and still not resolved. Every message or concern gets deferred to the office manager which seems to be their blanket statement, but there is no follow up. Zero sense of patient care. Stop messaging me on MyChart and give me a call with a solution for once!
