Easy mattress purchase experience with Neil. He looked up what we purchased last time (over 10 years ago), asked what we were looking for, pointed us at a few options to try - then left us to try on our own. The showroom has a variety of models and price points. Recommend!

My husband and I want you to know that we had an amazing buying experience with Neal Kassner. I’ve been in sales for 30 years, so I know a good sales person when I meet one.

Neal didn’t come across as a sales person, he was more of an ousted advisor. he wasn’t pushy. He let us set the pace. He asked great questions to discover what we were looking for. He earned our trust quickly with his deep understanding of what someone might want in a mattress. Along the way, he used humor and stories of past customers to help lighten the conversation.

I rarely write reviews, maybe once every couple of years. But I felt compelled to write a review for Neil and his store because we had such a great experience.
