I was shopping for a new queen size Mattress on Friday September 27th. When I walked in to Mancini's in Pinole, there was one other customer and William was helping her. But he said I will be right with you. My friend and I were looking around and I saw some firm Mattress. Then when William was done he came right over and showed us some other firm Mattress. He was a breath of fresh air. I have never seen such a good sales person as William is. So my friend and I went and had lunch. When we returned William was right there to sell me my new mattress and I got two new pillows for free, and bought a new mattress cover for my bed. Again I just want say how wonderful it was to have William as my sale person. Thanks again.

Jerome was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and took the time to understand what kind of bed we were looking for by asking questions and then proving us with options that fit our budget. Very professional and a quick and painless process. We get our new mattress tomorrow and we're extremely happy and thankful to Jerome! Thank you so much!!

William was an excellent salesmen! He was very detailed and attentive with helping my husband and I choose the best mattress and adjustable base for our home. We are happy and thankful.
