I have a back injury from a couple of car accidents. I went to Mancini's looking for a mattress pad to make my bed softer since I believed that was the solution to my discomfort. I met our salesman, Raylijah who listened to me. He did provide the mattress top. I layed on it and it was soft. However in talking further, he explained that the pad is a temporary fix for a damaged or uncomfortable mattress. He had me lay on several mattresses and he used a remote to raise my feet and my head as he explained why this is important for comfort. Wala! He made me aware of it possibly isnt my mattress, but the position of sleeping on what I have. I found out that I could put any mattress on the adjustable base. So I am getting it to use with what I have and if need be,will return for a newer mattress. I appreciated that he listened,understood my problem and worked with me. He asked questions to determine the problem and led us to the setup that would be best for me. I appreciate that he is great listener , very personable, and who knows his products and how to help to a solution.
Came in on a late weekday evening to find a mattress to replace the “purple” mattress I have. No one else was in the store so I was met right away with assistance. The experience was great. I described what I was looking for and he quickly pointed me to the mattresses that fit my profile.
Walked in thinking I was just going to look. Left making a deposit on a mattress I wanted.
This store is fairly new to its location. It’s a great option to have than having to go to the “other” store down the street. I’d recommend going to the store to look around or to seriously pick your bed.
