Tried to book and get my pressure washer looked at and repaired, but no real sense of urgency on their side to come and get it and repair it. Bill states "Its their busy time of the year you know". Called on a Monday, its now Thursday, and they still have not picked it up. Ridiculous! Yes, I understand that its "a busy time of the year", hence why I need the pressure washer fixed!!! I guess they are doing so well, that they dont need my business. I have gone elsewhere for services. Don't waste your time with these guys unless its the middle of winter and you dont need to use your pressure washer for a few months, and dont really care how quick you get it back.
