It’s not so much the clinic, rather a particular doctor. I had to go here due to ny high risk OB doctors being in this clinic. They were great and saved my life! Thank you Dr. Scibetta and Dr.Yohan.
However, my newborn daughter whom spent months in the NICU had an issue one weekend and I needed further guidance. We go through Pediatric Diagnostic Center; however, when you call after hours, all these clinics rotate physicians on call apparently.
Well low and behold I g Al Kuraishi Maycee, for our after hours call on a Sunday afternoon. She was short, rude, condescending. Almost as if she was bothered we had cut into her weekend with her children. I understand, she’s working from home, on call, your kids are around but when you are rude to a parent who needs guidance with a preemie being sick, while we can clearly hear your children screaming in the background. I’m not sure if she had a bad day, but it is so wrong!
I called our clinic to file a complaint and they are who advices me this physician works here. Cherry on top, I called Mandalay, asked to speak to someone regarding said issue. They said offfice manage was bussy and would return my call. Took my info and three weeks later I’m still waiting on that call. I have never left a review as such. Comes to show how impactful she was…hope she reads this and next time a worried parent calls, she isn’t so rude!
