Attending the Yoga, Meditation, Breathing exercise and Yoga Nidra sessions at the Ygnacio Valley library each month organized by Coach Mangat was truly a life-changing experience for me. As a catering and beauty parlour business owner, finding moments of clarity and self-care can be challenging, but these sessions provided exactly what I needed.
From the moment I stepped into the session, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. The atmosphere created by her was so welcoming and supportive. It was evident that they genuinely cared about each participant's well-being.
