She made me feel so comfortable and she met all my expectations 💕. I'm in the process of changing my hair color so I'll keep you posted. Travelled over 2 hours to this location because I'd seen such good reviews. Had an appointment with Randy. Explained in complete detail what I wanted, showed him 4 pictures, and we decided on the game plan together. However, by the time he was done, I was nearly bald.
He then gave me the advice, "you should grow your hair long and then we can work from there to get the look you wanted". What the..? I came in with my hair long buddy. Now I have to wait about 3 months before I can get a haircut again. Seriously disappointed.
Immediately bought a hat from a nearby store after my haircut because I could not bear walking around looking like a potato..
