Date night win!

Came & tried it out for the first time tonight and i am not disappointed! The only reason to dock 1 star is that my partner did not love his food- he didn't hate it either and honestly- he had a burger so... but my pasta was delish, pork belly app was top notch & dessert was both beautiful & so well flavored. We will definitely be back to try more & enjoy a really cool, modern vibe! Recommend coming to check them out for sure!

Very nice experience with my wife last night. There have been several restaurants in this spot, and I hope this one makes it. Nice decorating and appropriate lighting. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Food was very good; pork belly rub was a very nice starter, with a delicious glazing. Wife had fried chicken with nice, crispy fries that she loved, and I had the smashburger, with a tangy sauce that was a cut above. We were seated near the big glass garage doors and it was maybe a tad chilly, so I left my jacket on; there are curtains that they may want to draw a bit earlier in the evening. Other than that, a very nice dinner.

If you're wondering where to go for a cool brunch, look no further. We went to Manuscript for Sunday brunch, and I am still thinking about it on Thursday! The staff was quick and polite, and the food was excellent. The place has a cool vibe, the type of place you want to catch up with an old friend over a beverage and some crispy pork belly.....which is amazing because every table looked like they were having a beverage and amazing breakfast!

We had a breakfast sandwich, the pork belly hash, and a GIANT Lemon grab Baby (which is just like a Dutch baby only with lemon curd and huckleberry jam). There wasn't a scrap of food left over. Everything was so amazingly tasty that we all left fully and happy.

We will definitely be back to try more of their menu. It is a great place to go in Tacoma!
