I’ve gone to this place a few times trying to give them a chance and have had awful experiences with their food every single time. I went through the drive through today and got their breakfast club, a breakfast burrito and a sweet roll coffee. The focaccia bread was so stale it was impossible to eat without cutting up your mouth, the coffee was just a normal late without anything that was mentioned being on it in the menu and the burrito was painfully dry with the bacon being so burnt it was black. In the past we’ve gotten their lunch menu and have found full strands of hair in our sandwiches, plastic and even cheese with the parchment still attached melted to my sandwich with all three on one sandwich. A sandwich that costs as much as 15 dollars should not be this vile. I do not recommend going to this place they can’t even do coffee right from their own menu. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is insane at this point. Do better.
(Update to Owners Response) Truly appreciate the lack of accountability for the issues mentioned above and treating paying customers like they are unintelligent and dramatic for not stating the full menu item names. It is clear this establishment takes advantage of those who order delivery or through drive through by providing old stale bread and that is definitely not soft in the middle, coffee that is overpriced and not reflecting the menu description and blatant disregard for cross contamination. And yes you are right there are many better places around Spokane that doesn’t treat people like liars on review forums.
Always a must stop when my youngest daughter visit's it's her favorite all time restaurant in Spokane. I had a great opportunity to share food and drink with a group of amazing people today and Maple Street Bistro was so accommodating and kind. Everyone enjoyed this wonderful gem and the talk about how everything is made in house.. I am always so delighted to get the small container of apple sauce! It's the little things.. I believe this was a spinach frittata.. it was delightful thankful for low carb options.
