They installed a water heater for us a few years ago and the guys came out for a warranty job free of charge. It should have been quick. Instead, they stayed for a couple hours for a second problem. I appreciate their help, good attitude and friendly service. I will always call them for plumbing services!

I wanted to wait a few weeks before doing this review. Let me start off with Dave. What a great guy. Extremely easy to talk to And a real go-getter. I had to take a day off of work because my shower basically exploded and I needed a plumber immediately. I didn’t expect anything and thought I would have to make a few calls, but he was the only one since he got right to it and came that day. His guys were awesome, they worked quickly and did a five star job highly highly recommend them. If you go anywhere else, you’re just wasting your time. These guys know what they’re doing.. The price was right the job was excellent and I am extremely happy. Thanks again.

I had an emergency situation with a broken pressure valve that caused flooding in my basement. I reached out to Maple Valley Plumbing, and they were incredibly responsive and professional from the start. Despite the urgency, they arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got right to work. The team was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and respectful of my home. It’s clear they take pride in being a local, family-owned business, and their commitment to great customer service truly shows.
