Maples Plumbing to the rescue! I spent time doing research and when I called Maples I knew I was in good hands. They were available to send someone out to my house within 30 minutes of my call. Wes showed up and he knew immediately what was wrong with my water heater. Wes told me the parts I was sent for my warranty was not everything I needed and he told me exactly what to call the warranty company and ask for specifically. Wes told me as soon as the parts arrived to call him and he'd come right back to the house and finish the job. I had the parts 36 hours later and I called Maples and Wes who had just been dispatched to San Francisco was rerouted to come straight to me in Sebastopol and finish the installation. I will absolutely call Wes and Maples plumbing again without hesitation. The price is right and they show up EARLY every time and know what they are doing. They do not waste time. They fix the problem at a very reasonable and fair price. Thank you!!

The pricing of putting a new pipe for sump pump for 15 feet from the house to the draining place was pricy, but they were efficient. However, they left the pipe just lying on top of the ground, saying I would get a call about burying it. I have finally received a response from Maples on the price. They want $199 an hour and figure it will take 3 hours to do the job!
