I worked through MAQ Consulting back in 2011, which shares the same address as MAQ Software. It was my nearly first experience working as a contractor at a large corporate via a staffing agency. Since then, I have always been hired as a full-time employee throughout my career path, until I was recently approached by a different staffing agency. The recent experience made me realize how much I appreciate the MAQ team!

I was junior back then, but they did not treat me like a newbie. I was treated with respect and they made me feel like it was a two-way collaboration. They made sure I was being taken good care of - before application submission, throughout interview process, getting onboard, during my time at their client company and the last day.

Their appreciation and respect for contractors are also shown through the benefits they offer. I was protected by medical insurance, 401k, and paid leaves! At the end of my employment, I had some unused paid leaves, and they worked with me to cash it out! Benefits are listed on their website, and through the wording, you can tell they are not just working for their clients, they are also there for the contractors. It was really a pleasant experience with the MAQ team.
