Definitely want to give negative star if possible. I didn't even go to doctor, cancelled the referral after talking to the appointment scheduling. She was so rude on the phone. Our 6 month old has bad rash and the only available appointment was after a month. Ok I understand the doctor is busy but the person on the phone doesn't has to show attitude for that, she is not the one treating. I was trying to explain her that we have emergency situation she can't live with those rashes that long she just wanted to prove how busy the office is and don't give a damn about your emergency. If the staff is so rude in just giving appointment not sure what will happen next. Better to pick a different doctor's office.
