I have had the pleasure of working with Brett for over 10 years on both commercial and residential projects and he is always my go to recommendation when people ask for an architect. As a builder I value the quality and efficiency of his drawings, his responsiveness and most importantly his collaboration and teamwork. On residential projects he is creative and insightful and in commercial work he is thorough, clear and concise which are values I could only hope more Architects had. Marchi-Associates is perhaps the finest Architectural and Design firm I have ever encountered. In 1986, I contacted Gehry Partners (yes, the world-renown Frank Gehry who designed the Disney Concert Hall) to design a home for me on an incredibly-difficult lot overlooking a salt water lagoon. They took one look at the property and said that it was impossible. Then I called Brett Marchi, and he did the impossible! Many developers had looked at my lot, and then they passed. Brett found a way to make it happen. He got along great with the city and he was an incredible resource on the jobsite. Over 30 years later, I still enjoy an incredible relationship with this amazing man. He is a dream to work with, has incredible skills to translate ideas and emotions into a building solution and his professional integrity is beyond reproach. I stand behind Brett Marchi and his team at March-Associates. A 30+ year relationship pretty much says it all. I give them my strongest personal and professional endorsement.
