Easy to set appointment for a time that worked for me. Marching Maids comms process is excellent- they called/texted to confirm appointment, then confirmed a few days out as well the day before. Appt had to get rescheduled and the team was very accommodating.

I found this company last minute and I needed them to do a detailed cleaning for a new apartment that I was moving into. First, they arrived late. Then, I went through and told them exactly what I wanted done in terms of dusting, wiping down the stove, cabinets, etc. It should’ve been a very straightforward job because the apartment was empty and needed to be re-cleaned because the property managers did a poor job. The woman told me that the job would take three hours but it took 2 hours so I had to quickly return from running errands because she was going to leave with my only key. She was also reluctant to do a walk-through with me as the company promises. Upon the walk-through I see that most of the things that I had mentioned to her initially were not done and she was using that dirty rag that I’m sure she was on the floor to re-wipe down my countertops and stove. They also did not properly wipe down and dust my blinds and top shelves like I asked them to do. These women were short, so I don’t know why they did not have a stool to help them get to those high areas but that is the expectation, especially since I’m paying such a high fee for detailed cleaning. This should’ve been a very simple project and I really believe that they sat there for an hour and wasted time and then only quickly wiped up the space for the last hour. I will never ever use this company again. Moral of the story: if you want something done, do it yourself.

Ordered a deep cleaning session to get my place on track the they did a fantastic job. Cleaner was very thorough and professional. Would recommend checking out their services.
