I'm glad he was there to help me through it. He had all of the recommendations I needed from cleaning services, landscapers, contractors..etc. he knows the best! He guided me on what to upgrade and to NOT upgrade before listing and saved me a lot of money. He was very responsive at any time I needed him and kept me informed on every little detail, I always knew what was going on, he never left me wondering. Selling my home was his top priority and it showed! I needed to sell my home quickly and that he did! Less than 30 days from listing to closing! He goes to bat for you and what you want and is highly respected in the field because of his years of excellent experience. Originally, I thought his listing price was too high and would not sell. He was willing to list it at my price, no problem, (He is very understanding and a pleasure to work with) but I thought, he's the expert, that's why I hired him, we went with his list price..got me 5K more than I would have gotten. Bottom line, if you need a realtor, a GOOD one, he's your guy!
