I want to make something very clear, which is I believe this is not the fault of the serving staff themselves. There have been some changes at Marcy’s. With that, I understand things will be run a little bit differently and look different. However, I believe those changes have impacted the service. For example, you can no longer order at the bar. It was nearly impossible to flag down our waiter because he seemed to be the only one waiting tables. Other staff was not able to help us as they were not our waiter.
It took nearly 30 - 40 minutes before I was able to grab the waiter to order a second beverage or food. Others at my table also waited long times without food as there was nobody to serve us
Unfortunately, I will no longer be recommending Marcy’s to folks until I hear of some actionable changes.
