I went here with my friend to have a relaxing night after a long week, yes they were nice girls, but the service and overal environment was not the best. We both got a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicures were nice, the manicures we were not impressed by. Elaine was my nail tech and she cut my cuticles down so far to where they were bleeding. She worked on them with the drill for a solid 45 minutes off and on. I asked her to stop and she insisted on continuing. My friend had another tech, and she asked for cateye and she had to re do her nails over 4 times and would make it clear that she was upset and would raise her voice at the other techs to help her. Not to mention the third nail tech had her kid there and she was running around the shop and all the workers had to chase after her multiple times. By the time that we were done it was a 3 hour proccess, my cuticles were so sore, my friend did not get nearly what she wanted, and we were fairly disappointed with the professionalism of the workers. My nails came off three days after I got them done. I do not reccomend coming to this salon.

Kayla Rae saw me on short notice on the weekend. I was only in town for the day but my nails were in desperate need of attention. She was friendly and made me feel so welcome. Will be back on my next visit!
