Dr. Jan has taken the best care of me for years and I am so grateful to have her as my PC doctor. She goes above and beyond because she truly cares for my health and well being. Thank you for being so wonderful Dr. Jan! Appreciate you more than you know. The staff is amazing as well..Debbie is the best!

It takes a lot for me to write a review. The experience was horrible -- especially dealing with her aggressive unhelpful staff. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Think twice. I wish I did. I saw all these 5 star reviews on Providence only to realize after the fact that paid companies place these reviews.The best thing I did was move away to another amazing doctor.

I was referred by my neighbor to dr Jan. My experience has been positive. I like that she has incorporated a mental
health component to her practice. She is a good listener and provides effective solutions when needed.
