During intake she triggered a lot of past trauma and did not recognize it. She accused my lack of eye contact with her via telehealth as "not being engaged" and her tone was clearly frustrated. She was very confused by the variety and inconsistency of my answers to her questions. On my end this is because I knew I was triggered and I was struggling to answer the questions as I currently was versus at times in my life where things were very bad. On the very first intake appointment she threw a couple of different diagnoses at me which felt extremely inappropriate since we had limited time together and we're not able to go into the history. At some point during the end of the appointment I finally found my voice and told her the reason I wasn't making eye contact and I was having a variety of answers was because I had a lot of trauma and it was difficult to answer her questions to what was virtually a complete stranger. At that point her voice finally softened but all of my potential trust in her as a provider was ruined. Absolutely cannot recommend to anyone.
