Marie was our buyer's agent in fall 2014 when we bought the condo in north Seattle where we had been living pretty contentedly as renters since mid-2005! The owner had been raising the rent, though, and the rate increase was getting steeper, so we started searching for another place to buy, and at that point the owner offered to sell us the place where we were! Great--we would not have to move! But the owner as seller turned out to be a she-bear to work with, and Marie (whom I had known for a few years) was wonderful at representing and defending my and my husband's interests in this transaction! Success in the end, and a reasonable selling price! Kudos and a big high-five to Marie!

Marie was with us every step of the way. Any issue that came along,and there were a few, she was quick to find resolutions that protected our interests. We would not hesitate to use her again.
