Dr. Banez is the best! Incredibly warm, conscientious, professional and thorough. Her love for her patience and her practice is evident every time we’ve seen her. Blessed to have her as our pediatrician.

After our last visit (maybe our second one in total) with Dr. Banez, I immediately switched physicians for my child. I would never recommend her to anyone, now. She was cold, passive, EXTREMELY condescending, clearly in some sort of rush, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say about the concerns we had for my child - who cannot voice concerns for herself. She also told me that I am not doing something, that I actually am doing - and completely disrespected me as a mother.

On top of this, I said we were negative for strep and she tested her anyway - costing me over $100 for something I already knew - in this economy. Just another example of being unwilling to listen to the parent.

Do not go to her. If you want an actual quality doctor who listens and takes excellent care, go to someone else.
