My husband and I decided to buy a house in a very short time frame (less than 3 months), in an incredibly competitive market, over the holidays, during a pandemic, on a strict budget, with a baby and a toddler. It was stressful (to say the least) and we weren’t entirely sure it was even possible. Mariesa was there with us every step of the way. She was amazing! She worked with the budget we had to create the most competitive offer we could make. Our very first offer was accepted - less than a week after we started looking. Sadly, after the inspection turn up a leaking roof and a deck that was beyond repair we had to walk away. Mariesa assured us that we would find something better and we did. It wasn’t easy though. We looked at every house in our area and price range that went on the market. Mariesa was quick to get us in to see houses and was incredibly helpful at pointing out the pros and cons of each property we looked at. She noticed things I never would have thought to look for and helped us identify what was cosmetic and what was more serious. We ended up making an offer almost every weekend. One weekend we even offered on two different houses! Mariesa helped us craft each offer so that it was the best we could make. Unfortunately, with the market being as competitive as it is right now, we kept getting out-bid. Mariesa wrote seven offers for us. Each offer was crafted to appeal to exactly what the seller wanted and with every offer Mariesa walked us through what to expect and what options we had. She was amazing at communicating about what was going on! Each time we submitted an offer she would text and let us know that she had contacted the selling agent and what (if anything) they had told her. It was always a relief to know that she was checking in on our behalf! We hope to stay in our new home for several years at least, but when we do decide to move, we will definitely contact Mariesa first!

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Mariesa on a new home purchase. As first time buyers it was very intimidating coming into such an incredibly hot market. Mariesa has expert knowledge of the market, the area, and the things to look for and to avoid when considering a new home purchase. She made sure to point out items that could be a potential concern for resale down the road. She was also extremely responsive to any and all questions we had during the process. She treated us as if we were her only client, even though we knew she was juggling many others at the same time. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. We are so excited to be moving into our first home and making it our own and we are extremely thankful for her hard work to get us there.

This was our second house we bought through Mariesa. Mariesa is very thorough with her work. She is very prompt and answered our questions quickly. We could rely on her and sit back through the entire house buying process.
She is very resourceful and was able to quickly get us in touch with a house inspector and general contractor, when we didn’t know where to start. Her commitment goes beyond the sale of a house, and she keeps in touch and checks in regularly. It’s been 3 years since our first house and she continues to provide monthly market updates and never misses a holiday wish.
Personal side: She was able to meet us in a park (in a drizzle) so that our kids could play while we discussed our house needs and she helped calm our nerves. Definitely went above and beyond :)
