I purchased a used (non-collectible) car which unfortunately presented an unexpected problem on the drive home. Fred gave me two different options for how to resolve the situation, beyond the contractual obligations. Four months later, the outcome is still working well for me. He consistently honored verbal-only agreements, good communication and no pressure sales tactics, I would do business with him again.
