If you are looking for a Mortgage Broker, do not hesitate to work with Jason!! We were in a serious time crunch and he was an absolute rockstar in getting it all done in less than a week. As a first-time home buyer, he took the time to answer any of my many questions, made sure I understood every step of the process, and was always reachable and available whenever I needed him. We were just about ready to submit and were only waiting on some necessary forms from the Home Owner's Association, which was taking some time to get back to us. Jason was proactive and took the initiative to get in touch with the HOA president via LinkedIn and continued to call and email them until he received the completed forms we needed. He put in 10-12 hour days to ensure that we met our closing date deadline and showed up to an early morning signing at the title company with coffees in hand to support and answer any lingering questions; which shows the dedication that he has to his clients. I recommend Jason and America's Home Loans to anyone and will no doubt be working with him again in the future!!

If you are looking for a mortgage broker, look no further. Jason Morales is by far, the best mortgage broker that we have worked with! He was able to get the loan from beginning to close of escrow within a week!! He was amazing!! He went above and beyond to get the loan closed in a very short timeframe. Jason was also able to get a lower interest rate than any other mortgage broker when interest rates were up as high as 6%. We have worked with many mortgage brokers and Jason has been outstanding in every aspect of the loan process.

Scott & Jason are quite the duo! They took a difficult situation and made it look easy. I had a client needing a 21 day close on a home while in this aggressive market. They were able to deliver every step of the way. Any questions I had or help I needed, they were available. They were very informative with each step, so I never felt like we were hanging. They were on top of getting this loan done and happy to say it all closed without a hitch! Without a doubt, will be doing business again with these guy's again!
