So disappointed. Our fuzzy family members have been tossed from one veterinarian to another after lousy employees got Dr. Galvin shut down (a real Dr. Doolittle) in 2009. Another Vet we were seeing by Pet Arcade sold the practice while we were there, along with our pet's medical records without our knowledge or permission (CA Vet board violation). -

Dr. Shoengard and Dr. Barboni have been saving the lives our our family members for nearly a decade, but today we need to say goodbye. I called in as our elderly cat is suffering from a wheezing cough. The assistant on the phone asked if they'd seen this cat before. As she hadn't been sick the answer was "no". I was advised that they couldn't see our feline friend as they were booked today and that was the end of the conversation.

I had no idea that they'd also sold out. I did meet with the newest Veterinarian 3 months ago and the experience was not encouraging as she was clearly not comfortable around large dogs (Old English Mastiff).

We love you, we'll miss you but we can't afford to let our animals die because of your horrible staff.

Definitely best vet in Marin. They squeezed my dog in for a TPLO surgery during the beginning of Covid lockdown (April 2020)-- a very stressful and confusing time period. I am eternally thankful.

Since then, they have been a fantastically supportive and helpful resource for taking care of my senior dog (who passed recently). I always felt so heard during vet visits (I'm sorry, I forgot the name of the kind female doctor!!).

My parent's dog continues to recieve amazing care from MPH.
