Poor Customer Service! Not helpful for groups of travelers. Called to reserve a block of about 10 rooms for 6 weeks in advance (non-peak season). Was told it was best to send request in e-mail. Several days later, heard back that they didn't have 10 rooms, without any specifics of how many were available. Looking online, it appeared that several rooms had been booked while I was waiting for a reply. Front desk reservation didn't seem to care. With that attitude, I guess our group needs to stay elsewhere…
Marina inn rated as a 2 star hotel. Therefore it is much better than conventional roadside motels. Location is very good being in a walking distance from the waterfront and many good restaurants or cafe. Rooms and service, including breakfast are moderate. Weak point is old and noisy climate control equipment- air conditioner. Bathrooms could benefit from refreshment or some upgrade.
