Mariposa is great! They have an amazing staff and great deals for high quality services. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the welcoming environment and their authenticity. When you get your service done, it is very relaxing. I just recently joined the Mariposa club and got my first microneedling done with Rosslyn, she's very gentle and makes sure you're comfortable. I was really excited to hear that Mariposa was working with the SkinPen, which I have heard great things about and seen amazing results. In addition, I have been using ZoSkin for my acne and it truly has made a difference in my skin. I would recommend Mariposa to those who are wanting to work on their skin.

They've avoided returning calls lately for a concern. Never received my Alle points for filler. I've received botox for years, but this service hands down was the worst. I've never had concerns in any of my previous treatments elsewhere. Unfortunately, very bad customer service. Their reply is useless, a delay? I had my treatment in December and was credited for botox, but not filler. Reached out twice lately for getting credi, no answer.

Wish I could review the product, procedure, and results. Unfortunately, I went in 3 weeks ago for a scheduled consult for Botox at 12:30. Upon entering no one was there to greet or check me in. I waited for about 10 minutes as I could hear someone in one of the rooms and assumed it was the provider and a client. Then, a receptionist walked in. Still didn’t check me in or say hi. I walked up and introduced myself and my appt time. She said it will be just a few minutes. Now, 12:50 I told the receptionist it has almost been 1/2 hour past my appt and I have to leave at 1 to go back to work. She was apologetic and said should be any moment. Finally at 1, I told her I had to leave. She said sorry and the provider would call me and talk things over then reschedule sometime today. Well, it’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a call, text, or email. The whole experience was extremely rude and disrespectful. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s.
Save your time and your money. Go somewhere else. I went to Synergy medspa in Yakima and received 5 star service and incredible results. Well worth the 40 minute drive. Ask for Gretchen!
