Very happy with Dr. Adair, making headway in understanding my health issues... And what to do about them

Being a new doctors office they had a short new patient waiting list. When I called they said wait list was 2 weeks and that it would be about a month and they’d have my insurance contracted. So I paid for my first visit out of pocket. I called today to see if they had my insurance contracted. Over 2 months later and still no. It happens. Asked for refill on some of my prescriptions. Ones i have been taking for over a year and is in my medical records. First visit she wrote the prescriptions after my first visit. I called and asked about refill and I was told I need to come in for another visit before she’d write them again (prescriptions I’ve been taking for over a year). Informed her I couldn’t afford to pay $350 for another visit just to get my prescriptions filled, that they told me they’d have my insurance contracted. They wouldn’t help me at all unless I paid to make another appointment. I switched doctors.

Couldn’t be happier with my choice of primary care physician. Marja took the time to really listen to my concerns and medical history, and is taking a proactive approach. Great bedside manner, nice office, super helpful and friendly assistant. Definitely recommending Sisu Health Clinic to all my family and friends.
