I spend $200 to $300 or more of my hard earned cash money each week that I visit this store after I leave work. I’m always being followed around by an employee there named Lijia. Whenever I’m using the self checkout machines she’s always looking over my shoulder. As usual, I had noticed her today. She actually came up to me and made a scene by claiming that I didn’t scan every item after I had paid for my groceries. She tried to take my receipt off of me without even asking and I had stopped her and said I will take a picture of the receipt and we can go over each item. She called over the manager, another employee and a security guard to review everything. Turns out everything was accurate and accounted for. I’m very upset and very embarrassed by this false accusation by Lijia!!!! Especially, since I come into this very store at least twice a week and sometimes more and spend hundreds of dollars a week and I’ve been a loyal shopper and customer of Giant Eagle and GetGo for over two decades!!!!!! 😡😡😡.
