I've taken my two vehicles, to Jim at Mark's Auto for several years. They have a lot of years and well over 100,000 miles on them. The work has always been good, and I trust Jim's advice. He makes clear what needs to be addressed now and what can wait. And he makes it convenient. Thanks, Jim!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Mark's for years. I can always trust Jim to be fair, honest and thorough. He's gone above and beyond by helping me with rides home or to pick up my vehicle when I couldn't arrange transportation. I'd recommend Mark's to anyone wanting to get their vehicles serviced in the Gorge. Thanks!

I have been taking my cars to Jim and Mark’s Auto since 2013 and have always received exceptional service. Jim and staff are honest and fair and have never led me astray. He has on multiple occasions even lent me a car of his own so that I’m not stranded while they work on more extensive repairs. I mean, who does that?!
I now live closer to Vancouver than White Salmon, but when given the choice I will still take my vehicles to Mark’s. I trust them.
