Needed clothes so I went to my favourite store, Marks!
The store is the biggest Marks I've ever seen! Always great to be here and always satisfied!
Also, an antique car show in the lot and a food truck that has good poutine!
If I could give this store negative ten stars I would. Nobody including the manager, has a desire to help anyone or go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I have gone in here multiple times having issues with online orders or just simply wanting to return something without a receipt. And i'm treated as if I stole it. Even when providing an online receipt for a purchase, I've been told that the item is no longer sold in their store. And they are privately owned, so they can't help me
Only having to turn around and drive to the Aldergrove Store, where they are more than happy to bend over backwards, to make sure that they do whatever they can to rectify the situation, even if it means accepting old stock or giving me A. Refund without a receipt because. I literally spent thousands of dollars at marks every year for our small business uniform items.
Every time I set foot in the Abbotsford's store I promise myself I will never go back but out of convenience. I've stopped there. A couple times and regretted it. Stock and sizing is always limited. The store is always a mess. And nobody seems to know What customer service is. Security guards make you feel like you're a thief, Scoping you out the minute you walk in the store. I'm sorry but I don't want to shop somewhere where I'm going to be judged like that. Considering that I paid more for my vehicle than a manager's annual salary at this store, they shouldn't be Making People feel that way.
I'll also mention that the Last thing that you want is to go into a store and ask for something in another size. And the employees wandering around, not knowing where anything is themselves. Get it together people. I will not be back
