2020-09 Update: Marlin Ave. Coin Laundry has been renovated, everything works great; all the machines, tables, and floors are super clean. This is a great laundromat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Positive: 1) It's a convenient location with easy access, good hours, great parking, and reasonable prices. 2) A WONDERFUL staff, they are very friendly and helpful. They really care about the place. 🙂 3) The machines are always clean.
Negative: 1) I've noticed that some machines have been out of order for a long time, particularly two of the three washing machines that have a moderate capacity. The video game machine has been out of order for a long time as well, and just 'looks sad', I would fix it or get rid of it. 2) Sometimes one or two customers will dominate the dryers, especially on weekends, if this happens you will may have to wait around to dry the clothes. This can be very annoying. 🙁 Timing is everything, and today it was not a problem. I might be too critical.
Is there an opportunity here? It looks like the business has some deferred maintenance, and may need the capital to make repairs and upgrades, I don't know. I wonder if the owner might be willing to sell the business? It's a good place, and I would not like to see it go away.
PS, I like this place a lot.
