I am a renter! They don't fix the repairs needed in the home they do pop up inspections instead. Some of the staff speak to you very disrespectfully it doesn't matter if you are a great tenant.

I have contacted them relentlessly and to no avail still have no answers for any of my many applications or requests. I have contacted them through phone and email through zillow and other websites connected to the rentals. If we where not chosen by application send a courtesy before you find out that the place you are applying for is already rented out this happened twice. The worsts customer service in this side of town, finally got a hold of someone only to be told they will get back to me and now ask me if they got back to me the answer is no.

The best of the best!! The Marples Team go above and beyond for their clients! I've never seen a group who work longer hours! Nights, weekends...they are workaholics and kill themselves for their clients! They always make themselves available to me and they have a great staff I can always reach!!
