We stay here every year with our 4 kids. It is a beautiful, well kept resort. The grounds are well cared for and everything is clean and up to date. The views are beautiful and the amenities are great. This was the first time we have ever had an issue with other guests though. The people in the room next to us kept leaving garbage outside even after being asked not to by the staff. They also were playing music and talking loudly until 2 AM multiple nights in a row. They were inconsiderate people which is nothing against the Marriott, just bad luck for us this time.

I stayed at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas for just over three weeks, and it was a phenomenal experience. I needed a place to stay locally and couldn’t have picked a better option. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the villas were incredibly comfortable and convenient. ||||Whether you're local or visiting, this is a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable rooms with full kitchen. If you get the right room you get amazing views! Amenities are outstanding!! Location is absolutely perfect for short drives to anything you want or need!
