I went with my family to this hotel, I am a Marriott associate. This is the first time I have met a rude guy at the front desk, his name is Richard. Since we arrived I asked him if we could upgrade our room bc I was with my family, it wouldn’t matter if I was going to pay more, however he said “NO WE DONT DO THAT IN HERE !!”. I work for Marriott and I know that they can do it, but its fine, what I can see is that he is in a relationship with his coworker the other front desk agent. She has curly hair with highlights. I’m saying this because I saw them outside at wing stop, I saw them doing their things that couples do and he just laughed when he saw me!! |He asked me for my Marriott form by email and the internet wasn’t working and his partner told him just get the form number and he told her NO with a bad attitude. I couldn’t understand why he was acting like that. I hope the hotel takes action with Richard because he’s not treating the customers with respect and patience!! ||Besides the issues in the quality of customer service Richard provided us, I want to Shout out Byron he gave us good information about the installations that the hotel has!! Thanks Byron!||Also thanks to Omar at the front desk, he was so kind at the end when I checked out 👍||And to the hotel I can see it’s beautiful with good installations and attractions we loved the game room and the pool!!

We went over this weekend with family, unfortunately the front desk person that checked us into the hotel wasn’t very nice, had a condescending attitude since we entered. His name is Richard was working with his girlfriend w curly hair with blonde highlights that night 9/7/24. Was condensing to another coworker of his when she tried to assist him with filling out a form. Best if someone else helps you when checking in. Omar and Byron the staff were very kind over all. The concierge woman on Sunday morning was amazing but unfortunately did not get her name. Hotel is good.

We chose to come to this MVC to see if we want to bring our adult kids and younger grandkids here for a vacation in 2025. Beautiful grounds, lots of children's activities, several pools, pool bars, fitness ctrs and large golf course. Family and adult atmosphere. 1 and 2 bedroom villas with full kitchens, washer/dryer, patio and view of the mountains and golf course. Enjoying our stay.
