This is the best House Inspection team ever! They are a family. 1-3 people work together to find the house problems. The father and son are all licensed and worked very hard! I hired them to check 2 units. Regularly, it takes 3 houses, but they (3people) even work more than 6 hours until sunset dark to reach any problem they could carefully and report to me with pictures such as the foundation wood cracking, the electric wire damage, and roof leaking. The father was an architect. He knows so many technical details and professional, also he gives me a lot of valuable opinion and organized problems in one PDF. It is trustworthy! The price is very fair, even the best deal in all orange county and Los Angeles Area. It is good to hire them when you buy a house, do some construction, or routine maintenance! (I wrote this review after 3 months to make sure if they could find all problems. The result is they almost got 98%+ problems. It is better than other company 78%. The major problems all got it! They did a great job!)
