The manager with the butch hair cut is a liar! Claims to not know if the no hold policy for hello kitty but proceeds to hold two items for a customer because they simply drive 1hr same distance as me. I get there and they sold mine and laugh in my face! I’ll be pushing for this person to be fired seeing as ALL the employees are aware but she claims she isn’t even to corporate when this policy been in effect since DECEMBER!

Such cute finds at this location! It was clean and orderly. The checkout was fast and everyone was nice.
