My fave HS location! Always a good selection and great service. I have reviewed before but had to again after my awesome experience this past weekend. You you guys are doing a great job keeping things COVID friendly way to go! Picked up a beautiful gold planter for 9.99 and some cute Easter eggs with gold accents for $5.99. I also purchased a heavy credenza and two young ladies loaded it it up for me no problem.... very impressed. It was already discounted due to a large nick at the back but once it was in my car noticed an area on the front that definitely will need a touch up. I went back in and spoke to Heather she agreed it deserved more of a discount and gave me an additional $70 off, very nice of her! Can’t wait till they move across the street to the bigger space.
I was in HS yesterday to purchase a patio umbrella. I was assisted by a young woman named Sabrina, I think that is the correct spelling. Although I have always had good service in HS, this young woman was exceptionally helpful. She helped us locate the correct item, found us the colour we wanted in the back and helped get the umbrella into the car. I do not believe I have ever had suck good and pleasant assistance. She could lessons in how to deal with fussy seniors.!Thank you for hiring her.Maire Cole
I have been driving from HomeSense to HomeSense, looking for these orange and white Houndstooth pillows. I wish there was a way to check a stores stock other than having to drive there and look in person. On a positive note, we bought 10 outdoor planter pots from HomeSense in Kelowna and another from Abbotsford. Great price for the product.
