My boyfriend and I were shopping there this week and he went to the dressing room to try on clothes. Phyllis was there to help. She helped him choose what pants fit well on him. He said it was the best experience he ever had. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Phyllis!

I was shopping in this store recently and making purchases for a new home. It is an hour from my home but worth the drive to shop in such a friendly store. I was so impressed with the organization of the store but even more importantly with the staff. Olivia and Krystal went above and beyond to assist me with finding some specific items and even loading them in my car. It is obvious that management of this store is creating an atmosphere where excellent service is the priority. I will shop here whenever I am shopping in Silverdale.

Tried to return something that was moldy in which a piece I threw out because it stunk. They said no because part was missing. . As I was explaining I was told to have a nice day . I'll not go there again.
