Today I went shopping for new work clothes for a new job...I was able to not only put them on hold until the end of the business day, courtesy of one of the employees, but when I returned to pay for them this evening, Crystal really went the extra mile and called on her work communications microphone to ask for a box for a pair of heels on my behalf and further let me keep the much needed hangers for the work clothes. I ended up getting the original box for the ladies shoes that I purchased thanks to both Crystal and the other lady who I had met briefly in the shoe department earlier. Thank you Marshalls employees for your excellent customer service today. I have worked at many retail stores in my life, and greatly appreciate what you did for your customer today. Everyone was friendly and assistive, including the lady who works in the dressing room. First class service.
